A self-help 12 Step Recovery Program for clutterers and hoarders. This is a group approached recovery from the many different forms of clutter that can be progressive and harmful both physically and mentally. CLA also has online support groups for individuals. Yarmouth Support Group
This is a support group for any individual of any age that defines themselves as a clutterer or hoarder. The group is comprised of Buried in Treasures participants that have graduated from the workshop and have continued providing support to one another. The group is facilitated by Linda Colby of Yarmouth Senior Center, for more information she can be contacted at the number listed below.

Buried in Treasures Workshop
These action-oriented, self-help support groups, are regularly offered across Cape Cod. BIT groups are action-oriented, multi-week workshops based on the book Buried in Treasures: Help for Compulsive Acquiring, Saving and Hoarding by David F. Tolin, Randy O. Frost and Gail Steketee. Participants will receive support from others in the group; develop strategies to de-clutter the home; and learn to change problematic acquiring and discarding behaviors. BIT workshops are offered on a rotating basis throughout Cape Cod.
