**A self-help 12 Step Recovery Program for clutterers and hoarders. This group approaches recovery from the many different forms of clutter that can be progressive and harmful both physically and mentally. All are welcome!**

Yarmouth Support Group
This is a support group for any individual of any age that defines themselves as a clutterer or hoarder. The group is comprised of BIT participants that have graduated from the workshop and have continued providing support to one another. The group is facilitated by Linda Colby of Yarmouth Senior Center, for more information she can be contacted at the number listed below.

These action-oriented self-help support groups, which are regularly offered across Cape Cod, are 15 sessions spread over 20 weeks, and are based on the book Buried in Treasures: Help for Compulsive Acquiring, Saving and Hoarding by David F. Tolin, Randy O. Frost and Gail Steketee. All who register will:
• Receive support from others
• Receive help to develop strategies to de-clutter your home
• Work on ways to change problematic acquiring and discarding behaviors
